Terms and Conditions

1. PAYMENT: Items purchased in our web store must be paid by either Visa, MasterCard, PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & eChecks accepted), mailing payment, or issuing a Purchase Order (only for existing customers). If you would like to purchase the item and mail payment, please choose that option in the shopping cart. If you choose the P.O. option and are not an existing customer, your order will NOT be processed unless your company has been approved for the purchase via that method.

"Special Order" items will be billed when ordered for credit card purchases. Existing customers with accounts will be billed for special order items at time order is placed. 2. AVAILABILITY: We keep a very small quantity of analyzers on the shelf. The average time to receive analyzers is 2-10 business days. Therefore, you will receive current and fresh stock. If you need an analyzer immediately, and the stock shows to be backordered, please call us at 330.784.2234 and ask for Dawn or Carl. We can tell you approximate time frame for delivery. ECA450 and PCA2 analyzers are Special Order / Custom Build by Bacharach.

3. CALIBRATIONS: We calibrate to tight Bacharach specifications. Upon placing a calibration into your cart, the shipping covers the cost of the unit being shipped back to you. You are responsible for the cost(s) incurred to ship the unit to us for service. If you purchase a calibration service via our website and we do not receive the unit within one-week, we will call you and ask for a tracking number. INSURE YOUR EQUIPMENT! We will not be held responsible for items not arriving to us if they were not insured.

4. PRICES: List prices are set by the factory and are subject to change without notice. While we work very hard to make sure the most up-to-date prices are listed, we are only human, and we reserve the right to correct typographic errors and/or omissions on pricing on our website.

5. REFUNDS: All sales are considered final when item(s) pass into the hands of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

6. RETURNS: Up to 25% Restocking fee will apply if items are accepted for returns. Please understand this fee covers any credit card merchant fees we might have experienced for your transaction, shipping fees, etc. We will NOT accept any shipments that do not have an RGA Number (Returned Goods Authorization Number). Please call us with your reason for requesting a return. Only merchandise cost(s) can be considered for refunds, shipping costs and/or hazardous charges are not refundable.

Sealed products (i.e. sensors, filters, etc.) that have been opened are not subject for return.

Any used item, installed item, or sealed item that is opened, is not subject for return, either. (Only exemption being merchandise that is defective)

All sales final on Wet Kits / Dumbell Systems and their refill fluids.

7. DAMAGE CLAIMS: Title to all material becomes vested in the purchaser on delivery by Carl's Calibration & Repair (CCR) to the initial carrier. Customers' claims for damage, loss, etc., must be filed against the carrier; CCR will assist in any way possible.

8. TAXES: Prices do not include any taxes assessed by any governing body upon the manufacture, sales or transportation of the materials, and orders are accepted with the understanding that such levies will be paid by the buyer.

9. CANCELLATIONS: Orders which have been received and accepted by CCR cannot be cancelled except on terms that will compensate CCR for any loss. If you cancel an order for any item that is Special Order (i.e. CO2 monitors, ECA450), you will be responsible to pay any restocking fees we incur to Bacharach. Please understand, some units are custom build, so when we order your item from Bacharach, they are customizing that analyzer for you. Therefore, there may be a restocking fee.

10. WARRANTY RETURNS: Please call for warranty claims. You may be asked to show proof of purchase date for warranty coverage on sensors. We reserve the right to refuse warranty coverage if blatant abuse is apparent for sensor(s) and or analyzer(s). Probe tips snapping off are not covered under warranty. Calibration is not covered under warranty, and is considered categorically a "consumable".

11. SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES: CCR must be notified within seven (7) days after receipt of order of any shipping discrepancies. Failure to do so will require buyer to keep merchandise as received.

12. ON-LINE SECURITY: The truth is that you take less risk ordering on-line than you do using your credit card at a restaurant or department store. We use the latest in encryption technology, including Secure Servers which incorporate sophisticated encryption technology, and digital certificates.
